- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and security logs generated by our hosting providers. We use your approximate location, based on your IP, to show the price and language for your country. We do not store it for that purpose.
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

We process your data because it is necessary for the contract or the steps before it, to comply with the law, for our legitimate interest in security and service improvement, or because you consented.
4. Who we share it with

Velyth team members and contractors working on your project may also access your data, only as needed, and all are bound by confidentiality. We may disclose data when required by a competent authority or by law.
5. International transfers
Velyth is a U.S. company, and several of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Those countries may not offer a level of protection equivalent to your country's. By using the Sites or purchasing our services, you consent to these transfers, and we require our providers to apply appropriate safeguards.

Costa Rica: your rights are protected by Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of their Personal Data. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
Argentina: the data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in Article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326. THE AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to hear complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.
Other countries: if the law of your country gives you additional rights, we respect them as well.

The Sites do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We only use strictly necessary technical storage, for example to remember your language. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers, need-to-know access and providers with recognized standards. No system is 100% secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
